Deliveries are made to the address indicated in the order form which can only be in the agreed geographical area.
The risks are the responsibility of the purchaser from the moment the products left the premises of STARFASHION SA. In case of damage during transport, the reasoned protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.
Delivery times are only indicative; if they exceed thirty days from the order, the contract of sale may be terminated and the buyer refunded.

Switzerland: CHF 12 - Shipping costs are offered from CHF 150 of purchase.
The Schott Webstore can deliver other European countries for CHF 42 shipping costs.
Additional custom and VAT expenses could apply for some European countries.
The Purchaser has a period of seven (7) working days to return, at its expense, the Product (s) it has ordered (s) if, for one reason or another, that ( those do not give him (it) not satisfaction except for the products "Outlet" and "Sale" neither taken back nor exchanged. This period runs from the day of receipt of the Product (s). Only Products unworn, unwashed, and returned with their signature scratch and sticker intact, will be accepted by STARFASHION SA.
The Product (s) must be returned in their packaging and their original packaging to the following address:

The buyer must attach the photocopy of the invoice (s) of the Product (s) upon return.
If all the aforementioned conditions are fulfilled, Starfashion SA will reimburse the Buyer, within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt by STARFASHION SA of the package (the date of shipment by the Buyer being a notification to STARFASHION SA of the exercise by the Purchaser of his right of retraction), the sums paid by this one, with the exception however of the expenses of return of the Products, which remain at the expense of the Purchaser.
